Achievement for the degree of Master (taught programme) will be assessed by a variety of methods in accordance with the learning outcomes of the modules specified for the year/programme.
Approach to assessment
The dissertation assessment is to provide students with the opportunity to integrate and apply the theoretical knowledge and practical research skills acquired throughout the course. The dissertation enables students to demonstrate their ability to design, conduct, and critically analyse a small-scale empirical research project that directly relates to their role as clinical educators. This assessment serves as an applied research project experience that aligns with the programme’s goal of developing reflective practitioners who contribute to the field of clinical education through evidence-based research.
