- Describe and explain national and regional variations in media industries and their societal roles.
- Evaluate and deconstruct arguments concerning the societal role of media industries, utilizing concepts, theories, and evidence critically.
- Apply expertise and knowledge of contemporary scholarship to conduct original research related to media industries.

The MA Media Industries has a diverse array of assessments including, but not limited to, literature reviews, essays, interviews, reflective reports and a 12-12,500 dissertation.
