Syllabus
There is no set syllabus as this module entails experiential learning in the industrial workplace. To date, work placements have been mainly in the nuclear industry (at BNFL near Bristol and British Energy near Lancaster), but also with IBM (in Glasgow) and a small firm of engineering contractors near Horsforth.

2 x viva based on progress file and line manager report mid-semester.
