Module summary

Creativity is a critical capability for leading and sustaining change within contemporary organisations, which operate in environments shaped by rapid external shifts, technological advancement, and established organisational practices that may both enable and constrain innovation. In this context, creativity and innovation play a central role in responding to disruption, solving complex problems, and supporting effective business operations.
