This module is not approved as a discovery module
The module addresses key concepts, principles and rules in land law. The module will require students to demonstrate skills of organised and effective planning, as well as confident communication of ideas to different audiences.

The module also addresses ways of evaluating both how land law is applied, and how it should develop, to address current social issues.
The learning activities are designed to help students to explain and evaluate the core principles of land law, and to use legal authorities to formulate responses to land law problems, using a variety of communication methods to present these responses. In addition, students will develop the skills of adapting responses to suit different audiences and of managing complex projects, setting realistic goals and deadlines.
