Objectives
On completion of this module students will have carried out an in-depth literature review on a topic within the fields of Food Science or Nutrition, writing in the defined style of a specific peer-reviewed scientific journal.

1. How to plan a literature review
2. Writing up a literature review in the style of a relevant journal
Syllabus
Students will be given a choice of subjects across the fields of Food Science and Nutrition. The aim of the training will be to define the scope of the review and to provide an authoritative account of the chosen field in the style of a specific peer-reviewed journal.
