Module summary

This module introduces theoretical paradigms and critical methods in the arts and humanities. These methods will be developed in relation to key concepts including culture, ideology, hegemony, language, subjectivity, identity, gender and sexuality. These concepts will be studied through the analysis of cultural artefacts and practices.
