The PGCert Music and Wellbeing enhances students’ reflective and analytical skillset through a programme designed primarily for existing practitioners looking to undertake continuous professional development.
The course comprises two modules to increase knowledge of the latest research in the field of music and wellbeing, and support continuing professional development. Music, Wellbeing and its Evaluation expands students’ contextual knowledge of the subject, develops knowledge of the current state of research in the field, and enables students to explore the physical and mental benefits and problems associated with musical participation. The innovative Applied Professional Practice module provides opportunities to take a proactive and self-reflective role in your work, developing professional relationships with our partner organisations.
